Refund policy
- Returns are accepted within 90 days of the original purchase:
- With a receipt (or if the transaction can be located to verify purchase), a refund will be given in the original form of payment.
- Without a receipt an in-store exchange or credit (Spence Gift Certificate) will be given.
- Check returns: There is a 14 day waiting period on items purchased with a check before we can give cash back.
- If an item is determined defective, we will offer a refund or exchange of the purchase price per the manufacturer’s warranty. Receipt or verified transaction is required for all returned items.
- Manager approval may be required on returned items.
- No returns on cut items/customized items, clearance items, or used items (unless defective).
- Unless defective, items must contain original tags and/or packaging and be 100% sellable.
(ie: Items that have pet hair or smell of smoke will not be eligible for returns even if new)
